What is “food trail”?
It’s the taste-dedicated tour, created by L’Erba del Re With an informal tone, this relaxing trip is dedicated to discovering the roots of the culinary excellences of Modena.
Where will we go?
Where does the bovine breed “razza bianca modenese” come from? How does milk become Parmesan Cheese? How do we obtain our prestigious “black gold”: Balsamic Vinegar? From which vineyards is our unmistakeable Lambrusco produced?
Passing through countryside and hills, we will visit farmers and producers of our territory, who will tell you the most delicious stories with the best ending ever… tasting the products.

4. Departure from the historic Piazza Pomposa, in the old town center, where our restaurant is located.
