The Expression menu is a journey through 10 courses, designed to accompany the taste buds on a journey of different and interesting sensations.
Balance, touches of delicate acidity, contrasts between sweet and savory, these are the dominant notes. By means of the most precious raw materials, one can explore the textures of meat, fish, vegetables and carbohydrates, ranging between taste messages of pure creativity, whilst at the same time, driven by a technical structure.
